about me

Initially training as a Psychologist and completing a specialist degree in criminal psychology, I specialised in body language and cognitive behavior. I was first introduced to hypnotherapy in 2006 and spent many hours reading and understanding the cognitive processes in the mind. 

My purpose

Why Hypnotherapy?

Fascinated by the research and results through the use of hypnotherapy I decided to train through the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training which is recognised as a gold standard in Hypnotherapy training. By combining my psychology training with a deep understanding of hypnotherapy this allows me to provide a solution focused approach to every individual. I never want to treat individuals by placing them into a "category" I want to focus on you as a person and find the best way to overcome problems in the best way possible. By taking a positive and logical approach to a persons problems and combining this with the use of trance will allow me to work direct with individuals to help them walk a better path in life. Increased confidence, positive energy and a drive to leave your problems behind are my personal goals, I want a success story from every individual that I treat and I am confident in this every time.
